Ideal for fast and light touring, the ultralight Atomic Backland 86 UL utilizes All-Terrain Profile to deliver the lightest weight performance of any other Atomic ski in the 86mm waist category. The result of intensive testing and research, the redesigned core construction uses a unique ratio of wood and fiberglass for lighter, more efficient climbing and stronger downhill performance.
Built using a poplar and caruba Ultra Light Woodcore, the ski features an ultra-lightweight carbon insert that runs the length of the ski to act as a stabilizing backbone, striking the perfect balance of low weight and optimal power.
Perfect for powder, piste, and everything in between, the lightweight HRZN 3D tip uses a thin, perforated material to increase surface area for improved float in deeper snow conditions and to create a ski with low swing weight. All Mountain Rocker provides an early rise in the tip for a ski profile suitable for on or off-piste. A cut-out notch in the tip allows for compatibility with Atomic PreFit skins.

In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 2962 Evergreen Pkwy, Evergreen, CO 80439. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business days (typically the same day). We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00AM – 6:00PM on Wed – Mon. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
