Here at Boone Mountain Sports, we proudly stand behind the merchandise we carry.

However, we understand that sometimes that special something you ordered might not fit, or wasn’t what you were expecting. 

Not to worry! Most items carry a 15 day money back guarantee!

Contact us with your intent to return an item within 15 days of purchase for a full refund minus a 15% re-stocking fee.

Items must be returned in original condition - original condition means the item has not been used, washed, worn (aside from trying it on) damaged, or altered, with all hangtags and original packaging. Please only wear footwear indoors while making your final decision.

This 15 day policy offers you time to decide if the product is right for you, and allows us to sell the item in season if you decide it isn’t quite what you were looking for. WIN, WIN!

*EXCEPTIONS: Due to the nature of some of our merchandise, no returns or exchanges are available on the following: socks, helmets, trimmed skins, and underwear.

Any and all sale items are final and not eligible for returns.

For all returns, a Return Authorization is required.

Before submitting your request, please ensure the item is within the approved return window, and is eligible for return.

IMPORTANT: With all products, please be sure to return in the original packaging (especially shoes & boot boxes) and enclose it inside a shipping envelope or box. This ensures the product can be resold.

If product is damaged, and not in resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return, and will contact you.
